We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to support a fast-moving, AI-native product studio working.
This role focuses on creating high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram - from initial ideas and scripts to finished AI-produced videos.
You will work independently on content creation, planning, AI-assisted production, and website content while using performance data to continuously improve what you create.
🔗 What You'll Do
- Create and plan content for TikTok and Instagram, including Reels, Stories, and feed posts
- Develop and maintain content calendars and editorial plans
- Produce social media content using AI tools as a central part of the workflow, particularly HeyGen for AI avatar videos
- Use additional AI tools for text, image, and video generation
- Write engaging, platform-specific scripts with strong hooks that capture attention within the first 2–3 seconds
- Adapt content formats and messaging based on what works best on TikTok versus Instagram
- Create content for both the company’s own products and selected client accounts, adapting the tone of voice to each brand
- Monitor relevant trends, sounds, formats, and emerging content styles and adapt them appropriately for different brands
- Track content performance across metrics such as views, engagement, traffic, and signups
- Use performance insights to identify which formats and ideas should be repeated, improved, or discontinued
- Manage and update blog and landing page content through WordPress and Astro/Strapi
- Independently upload and maintain text, images, and smaller structural website updates
🔗 What You Bring
- Experience in social media content creation, ideally with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools, particularly HeyGen
- Experience or familiarity with additional AI tools for text, image, or video generation
- A strong understanding of social media scripts and hooks and what captures attention within the first few seconds
- Good understanding of the differences between content that performs on TikTok and Instagram
- Good English skills; German is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Astro/Strapi
🔗 Nice to Have
- Experience with additional AI video or image tools such as CapCut, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms
- Previous experience creating content for clients or brands
- Interest in HealthTech, EdTech, or related industries
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup, product studio, or digital environment
