📢 Are you a Customer Support Specialist and also speak German❓We are looking for you to work with our partner headquartered in Germany․ As this is a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from your own location.
🔗 You can expect to take following responsibilities
✔ Provide customer support primarily via email
✔ Handle occasional phone calls (approximately 1-2 calls per hour)
✔ Manage logistics-related ticketing
✔ Use Excel for data management
🔗 We think you need following to excel in this role
✔ Fluency in German (written and spoken)
✔ Experience using Excel for work-related tasks
✔ Previous customer support experience (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
📌 Part Time, Remote
📌 Part-time | Net salary: 150,000-180,000 AMD
