German-Speaking Virtual Assistant

📌 Remote | Part-time (20 hours/week)

We are hiring a German-speaking Virtual Assistant for a growing consulting company in insurance and financial optimization.

This role is focused on client communication, LinkedIn presence, and structured daily support. You’ll work directly with the founders and become a key part of how they communicate, sell, and show up online.

🔗 What You’ll Do

  • Respond to emails and LinkedIn messages (inbound & outbound)
  • Prepare and structure documents, proposals, and client materials
  • Maintain and organize lead databases / CRM
  • Create and structure AI-assisted LinkedIn content (posts, ideas, drafts)
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support

🔗 What You Bring

  • Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
  • Ideally experience in written client communication, outreach, or sales support
  • Interest or experience in LinkedIn content / content creation
  • Strong organizational and document preparation skills
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, email, CRM systems
