We are hiring a German-speaking Logistics & Order Operations Manager to coordinate the delivery process for premium furniture orders.
In this role, you will take ownership of orders after the customer purchase and ensure smooth coordination between sellers, logistics partners, and internal teams through to successful delivery. You will be responsible for keeping orders on track, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that all parties have the right information at the right time.
🔗 What You'll Do
- Submit new orders and all required product and delivery information to logistics partners
- Coordinate the complete delivery process from order handover through final delivery
- Act as the main operational contact between sellers and logistics partners
- Track ongoing orders and proactively follow up on open topics
- Handle questions, missing information, order changes, and delivery-related issues
- Ensure all parties receive the necessary information on time
- Identify potential problems early and drive them toward resolution
- Maintain accurate order and delivery information in the relevant systems
- Communicate professionally with sellers, logistics partners, and internal teams
- Ensure a high level of coordination and service, particularly for high-value and premium orders
🔗 What You Bring
- Near-native German (C1/C2), spoken and written
- Previous experience in logistics, order management, e-commerce operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Confidence in working with external partners and resolving operational issues independently
- Very structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
- Good digital skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational processes
- Regular availability during German business hours
