I founded Collab Fabrik after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be for startups to find skilled talent quickly and affordably while scaling an e-commerce agency in Berlin.
That challenge pushed me to build a solution that connects international businesses with highly qualified professionals in Armenia.
Today, I help companies across Europe and beyond build remote teams through recruitment, outstaffing, and Employer of Record (EOR) services. Along the way, I share best practices, lessons learned, and practical insights on scaling businesses and teams.
