📌 Remote | Part-time / Flexible Hours | Long-term Opportunity
For a residential design and permitting company based in USA, we are looking for a Russian-speaking CAD/Revit Drafter to support the preparation of residential construction and permit drawing sets.
The company primarily works on residential decks, covered decks, porches, stairs, and similar exterior structures.
🔗 What You'll Do
- Prepare residential construction and permit drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Create floor plans, framing plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Prepare dimensions, annotations, and complete drawing sets
- Develop drawings based on provided measurements, photos, markups, sketches, and reference examples
- Revise and update drawings based on project feedback and requirements
- Ensure drawings are accurate, consistent, and properly organized
- Follow established drafting standards, templates, and project workflows
- Collaborate remotely on residential design and permitting projects
🔗 What You Bring
- Fluent Russian
- Experience working with Revit - strongly preferred
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience preparing residential, architectural, or construction drawings
- Ability to prepare floor plans, framing plans, elevations, sections, details, and dimensions
- Ability to work accurately from measurements, photos, markups, sketches, and reference drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
- Willingness to learn and follow specific company standards and workflows
🔗 Nice to Have
- Experience with U.S. residential construction drawings
- Experience preparing permit drawing sets
- Familiarity with U.S. construction terminology and drawing standards
- Experience with residential decks, covered decks, porches, stairs, or similar exterior structures
Experience with U.S. construction or permit drawings is a strong advantage but not required. Training will be provided on the company's specific standards and workflow.
