German-Speaking B2B Technical Customer Manager

We are hiring a German-Speaking Technical Customer Success Specialist for a Germany-based fintech company specializing in modern payment solutions.

This role focuses on supporting business customers with technical questions related to payment systems, card terminals, POS solutions, and related technologies. The company's customers are primarily small and medium-sized businesses in Germany, so clear communication, technical understanding, and a customer-oriented approach are essential.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with excellent customer communication. The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payment technology, telecommunications, or technical customer support and is comfortable helping customers resolve technical issues efficiently.

🔗 What You'll Do

• Communicate with business customers in German via phone, email, and support channels
• Provide technical assistance with payment solutions, card terminals, POS systems, and related technologies
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Manage customer inquiries and technical support requests using ticketing systems and CRM tools
• Investigate customer issues, identify possible causes, and coordinate with internal technical teams when necessary
• Follow up on open support cases and ensure timely resolution
• Explain technical processes and solutions clearly to non-technical customers

🔗 What You Bring

• Fluent German (minimum C1 level, spoken and written)
• Experience with payment systems, card terminals, POS solutions, or related technologies is highly preferred
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms
• Availability to work during German business hours
