Sales & Content Specialist (German/English)

📌 Remote | Part-time (20 hours/week)

For a growing consulting company in the field of insurance and financial optimization, we are looking for a proactive Sales & Content Specialist to support the team in sales, LinkedIn activities, and daily operations.

You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in communicating with potential clients and building their LinkedIn presence.

🔗 What You’ll Do

  • Manage LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Respond to incoming messages and handle follow-ups
  • Structure and maintain lead databases
  • Support with proposals and client documents
  • Create and prepare LinkedIn posts (text + structure)
  • Plan and coordinate content
  • Align content with the founder
  • Schedule appointments
  • Provide general administrative support

🔗 What You Bring

  • Very good German and English (written and spoken)
  • Initial experience in customer communication, sales, or outreach
  • Interest or experience in LinkedIn content / social media
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Proactive mindset – you think ahead and contribute ideas
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Confident with digital tools (LinkedIn, email, CRM is a plus)
