Business Development Assistant

📌 Remote, Part-Time (10–15 hours/week)

Our partner, a recruiting agency in the medical field, is looking for a Business Development Specialist who’s great at research and proactive lead generation.

This role is all about finding new business opportunities - not waiting for ready-made databases, but actually discovering fresh leads, new channels, and potential clients through smart research and outreach.

🔗 Key Responsibilities

  • Dig into markets and industries to spot potential client companies.
  • Build lead lists from scratch using various sources (LinkedIn, job boards, company sites, events, etc.).
  • Generate new leads independently and prepare targeted outreach lists.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and calls, and move them into the sales pipeline.

🔗 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Strong research skills and ability to find leads beyond standard lists.
  • Fluent English (German is a nice plus).
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and basic CRM tools.

🔗 Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes is an advantage.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
