English-Speaking Founder Assistant

📌 Remote, Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)

Our partner is a growing international consulting and advisory collective working with leadership teams across digital strategy, transformation, and growth initiatives.

We are looking for a Founder Assistant to support daily operations, project coordination, and founder-level tasks.

🔗 What You’ll Do

✔︎ Assist with planning and coordination of social media activities
✔︎ Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
✔︎ Prepare summaries, notes, and next steps after meetings

✔︎ Research relevant events, conferences, and industry meetups
✔︎ Find and submit speaker applications and participation forms
✔︎ Support ad-hoc requests that help the founder stay focused on strategic work

🔗 What You Bring

✔︎ Fluent English (spoken and written)
✔︎ Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Founder Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role
✔︎ Strong organizational and prioritization skills
✔︎ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔︎ Proactive mindset and attention to detail
✔︎ Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
✔︎ Interest in startups, consulting, or founder-led businesses
