Our partner is a growing international consulting and advisory collective working with leadership teams across digital strategy, transformation, and growth initiatives.
We are looking for a Founder Assistant to support daily operations, project coordination, and founder-level tasks.

โ๏ธ Assist with planning and coordination of social media activities
โ๏ธ Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
โ๏ธ Prepare summaries, notes, and next steps after meetings
โ๏ธ Research relevant events, conferences, and industry meetups
โ๏ธ Find and submit speaker applications and participation forms
โ๏ธ Support ad-hoc requests that help the founder stay focused on strategic work

โ๏ธ Fluent English (spoken and written)
โ๏ธ Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Founder Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role
โ๏ธ Strong organizational and prioritization skills
โ๏ธ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
โ๏ธ Proactive mindset and attention to detail
โ๏ธ Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
โ๏ธ Interest in startups, consulting, or founder-led businesses
