English-Speaking Founder Assistant

Our partner is a growing international consulting and advisory collective working with leadership teams across digital strategy, transformation, and growth initiatives.

We are looking for a Founder Assistant to support daily operations, project coordination, and founder-level tasks.

๐Ÿ”— What Youโ€™ll Do

โœ”๏ธŽ Assist with planning and coordination of social media activities
โœ”๏ธŽ Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple initiatives
โœ”๏ธŽ Prepare summaries, notes, and next steps after meetings

โœ”๏ธŽ Research relevant events, conferences, and industry meetups
โœ”๏ธŽ Find and submit speaker applications and participation forms
โœ”๏ธŽ Support ad-hoc requests that help the founder stay focused on strategic work

โœ”๏ธŽ Fluent English (spoken and written)
โœ”๏ธŽ Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Founder Assistant, Project Assistant, or similar role
โœ”๏ธŽ Strong organizational and prioritization skills
โœ”๏ธŽ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
โœ”๏ธŽ Proactive mindset and attention to detail
โœ”๏ธŽ Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
โœ”๏ธŽ Interest in startups, consulting, or founder-led businesses
