Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

We are hiring a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a growing platform serving small local businesses across Germany.

This role focuses on outbound calling, lead reactivation, and customer conversion. You will engage with existing leads and customers, build relationships with business owners, understand their needs, and help them discover the right solutions. The company already has a large database of leads and customers, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations rather than cold prospecting.

🔗 What You'll Do

  • Contact leads and customers from provided databases
  • Conduct outbound calls and build relationships with business owners
  • Re-engage inactive leads and revive stalled opportunities
  • Follow up on previous inquiries, demos, and sales conversations
  • Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and platform requirements
  • Present relevant solutions and support lead conversion
  • Assist customers with onboarding, activation, and account-related follow-ups
  • Support migration conversations for customers transitioning from other platforms
  • Update CRM records and document call outcomes
  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, customer needs, and common objections

🔗 What You Bring

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable spending a significant part of the day on phone calls
  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer success, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, friendly, and consultative approach
  • Ability to build trust with small business owners and decision-makers
  • Understanding of the German SME market is a strong advantage
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage follow-up activities effectively
