German-Speaking Account Manager (Warm Leads)

We are hiring a German Native Speaker Account Manager for a company specializing in high-quality designer furniture in Germany.

This role focuses on customer communication, personalized product consultation, and sales support. Many customers have questions about furniture products, materials, specifications, and purchasing options before placing an order. We are looking for someone who can professionally guide these customers, understand their needs, and help them make confident purchasing decisions.

The ideal candidate is communicative, customer-oriented, and comfortable combining customer service with a consultative sales approach.

🔗 What You'll Do

  • Communicate with potential and existing customers in German
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide personalized advice on designer furniture and product options
  • Understand customer preferences, requirements, and purchasing needs
  • Explain product features, materials, dimensions, and available options using provided product information
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process and help them select suitable products
  • Follow up with interested customers and support purchasing decisions
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, orders, and customer requests

🔗 What You Bring

  • Native-level German (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer management, sales consulting, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in advising customers and supporting purchasing decisions
